In an emotionally charged event, the Savings Bank commemorated the loyalty and dedication of more than 300 employees whose tenure at the institution spans from 5 to 50 years. Under the leadership of the general manager, Andrés Farrugia, tribute was paid to those who have been pillars in the growth of the bank and of the country.
During his speech, Farrugia stated that "every employee is part of the living history of this bank," highlighting that the true soul of the institution resides in the people who have forged it over the years. This public recognition underscores that the commitment of the employees has been crucial in turning the entity into a symbol of trust and hope.
The event highlighted the distinguished careers of colleagues such as Jorge Sarmiento from Panama, with 50 years of service; Emibel Burgos from the Central Provinces, celebrating 30 years; and Irving Saldaña from Chiriquí, with 35 years at the institution. These stories reflect the professional and personal development that the Savings Bank offers to its employees.
