Advanced Training 2025: Innovation and Leadership in the Real Estate Sector

The Association of Real Estate Franchising Companies of Spain (AEFI) has launched its long-awaited Legal Course 2025/2026, designed for real estate agents to update and reinforce their legal knowledge. In an increasingly complex and regulated environment, this program is presented as an essential tool for those who wish to navigate the sector successfully.

AEFI, which brings together more than 700 real estate agencies affiliated with brands such as Alfa Inmobiliaria, Century 21, Comprarcasa, Keller Williams, Look & Find, Redpiso, and Remax, offers this training to its more than 6,600 professionals. The course has been carefully designed and delivered by the franchising centers, under the supervision of the specialized attorney Pedro Cedenilla.

The program consists of ten modules that cover key topics in private and public law relating to real estate brokerage and management. The participants will be able to delve into aspects such as contracts, leases, real property rights, and the legal framework for Officially Protected Housing (VPO). In addition, training is provided in valuations, real estate taxation, and legal certainty, crucial elements to prevent conflicts and ensure secure transactions.

With this initiative, the AEFI reinforces its commitment to excellence in the sector. The association underscores the importance of advanced legal training to ensure security and transparency in operations, especially in a market where access to housing and consumer protection are priorities.

Geared toward both new professionals and experienced agents, the course aims to keep participants up to date on the industry's most relevant legal aspects. Registrations for the 2025 Legal Course are already open on the AEFI website.

According to Leonardo Cromstedt, president of AEFI, up-to-date legal knowledge provides real estate agents with a crucial competitive advantage. Ensure that this enables you to advise your clients rigorously and anticipate legal and tax risks. The ongoing and specialized training offered by AEFI not only strengthens professionals' credibility but also opens up new business opportunities in a sector that is undergoing constant transformation.
