A brutal mass murder in Lampa, north of Santiago, Chile, has shocked the country and adds to a wave of homicides in the Chilean capital. Gabriel Boric, the Chilean president, condemned the crime and said that his administration will move forward to combat organized crime. In the Lampa massacre, five people died and seven others were injured during a party that ended in a shooting. Most of the victims were foreigners.
