In the heart of the bustling Padel World Summit 2025, held in Barcelona, an innovative proposal has captured the spotlight. Padelgest, Spanish manufacturer of padel courts, has presented its revolutionary Hit-X ecosystem, a combination of advanced technology and disruptive concepts that redefine the on-court experience.
The event, which took place from May 27 to 29 at the Gran Via venue of Fira de Barcelona, attracted nearly 6,000 participants, with a notable 40% international attendance and 120 exhibitors from 22 countries. This gathering has established itself as an indispensable event for manufacturers, clubs and investors from more than 80 countries, highlighting the participation of delegates from nations such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.
Padelgest, with its Hit-X universe, reinvents the padel court as a player-centered smart platform. Among the most notable innovations, there is a system of smart poles that automatically calibrates the grid with laser technology, ensuring compliance with the regulation and eliminating the need for manual adjustments. Additionally, the proposal includes interconnected screens that display real-time scores and statistics, thereby increasing interaction and usefulness for players and spectators.
A revolutionary component in this ecosystem are smart bracelets, which allow players to control the scoreboard, operate a built-in ball-launching machine in the post, and synchronize with the screens. Equipped with artificial intelligence, these bracelets recognize more than ten types of hits and adapt to both right-handed and left-handed players, offering an individualized technical analysis that proves invaluable for coaches and clubs seeking more quantifiable trainings.
Sergi Estupiña, CEO of Padelgest, expressed his enthusiasm for the impact of the proposal: "It's not enough to manufacture quality courts. We are committed to reinventing the entire padel experience, making life easier for clubs and players with real technological solutions. This is only the first step of the Hit-X universe." This initiative has attracted the attention of investors, sector influencers, and club executives, who see in this new generation of courts a revolution for the sport.
For his part, Iván Bedia, CEO of Let’s Prototype, the innovation lab responsible for development, reaffirmed his commitment to continue collaborating with Padelgest to revolutionize the padel industry. With this, Padelgest positions itself as a key player in the transformation of padel, anticipating the sector's needs and setting the sport's future direction.
