The Pre-Market Environment (EpM) of BME continues to expand with the recent addition of Alfred Smart and Mectech Catalonia SL, raising the total number of active companies in its program to 34. So far in 2023, EpM has added 14 new companies, strengthening its position as a crucial springboard to the capital markets. Since its inception, it has supported 53 companies, resulting in nine of them being admitted to the prestigious BME Growth and BME Scaleup.
Alfred Smart, which has been part of the Amper Group since 2021, has specialized in the digitalization of buildings. Using extremely advanced technology and artificial intelligence, its platform optimizes internal systems to improve ESG ratings and obtain sustainability certifications, an increasingly vital demand in the real estate sector.
On the other hand, Mectech Catalonia SL is developing Clyype, an innovative piece of respiratory protection equipment with a sustainable approach. This device, already in the manufacturing and commercialization phase, is designed to adapt to sectors such as the pharmaceutical-technological and industrial sectors, offering air filtration that is more efficient and environmentally responsible.
Jesús González Nieto, managing director of BME Growth and BME Scaleup, emphasized the boom that EpM is experiencing, highlighting how this growth reflects the interest and confidence of companies in training themselves to access the markets. According to González Nieto, EpM continues to be an essential platform that not only provides training, but also visibility and connection with investors and advisors.
With these new advances, EpM continues to consolidate itself as a key tool for business growth. The call remains open, inviting new companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this privileged environment for their development and expansion in the financial markets.
