Manu Sánchez, a journalist and presenter for Antena 3, has shared the difficulties he faces due to his peculiar work schedule. During his appearance on the program 'Y ahora Sonsoles', the Murcian addressed insomnia, a problem that affects roughly half of the Spanish population. Their personal experience reveals that rest has become a scarce luxury: "I sleep when I can... You never get used to this. I sleep in two naps," they said, reflecting the reality of those who must adapt to unconventional schedules.
Sánchez detailed his sleep routine, which includes a first nap after finishing the morning shift, around eleven in the morning, followed by an American breakfast. The second nap occurs at night, after the broadcast of the news program hosted by Vicente Vallés, extending until three in the morning. Despite the lack of sleep, the presenter emphasized the importance of maintaining a routine and exercising to cope with the demands of his job. "It's a life full of routines, but necessary routines," he concluded.
