Luis Zahera Calls for an Unusual 'Sheep Casting' for His Next Production.

The series 'Animal', created by Aitor Gabilondo for Netflix and starring Luis Zahera and Lucía Caraballo, has surprised with its success since its premiere on October 3. The plot follows Antón, a veterinarian from rural Galicia who faces the countryside's crisis by being left without clients, which leads him to accept a completely different job. This new fiction has rapidly climbed to the top spot in worldwide views, standing out in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, France and Poland, among others.

The phenomenon has been so notable that Netflix announced the renewal of the series for a second season, emphasizing the endearing nature of the relationship between humans and animals. The production company Alea has also shared that in the new installment this connection will be explored even further, incorporating comedy and a portrait of the rural world that struggles to survive. The advertisement was produced, accompanied by a video in which the protagonists participate in a sheep casting, coinciding with the Transhumance Festival in Madrid.
