Inti de Oro Presents 'Amazonas': A Culinary Experience of the Treasures of the Peruvian Jungle

Madrid is getting ready to indulge in a unique culinary experience thanks to the introduction of Inti de Oro's 'Amazonas' menu, a pioneer of Peruvian cuisine in the Spanish capital. Founded in 1994, this restaurant has won over discerning palates, including Their Majesties the Kings of Spain, and now invites its diners to explore the exotic flavors of the Peruvian Amazon. The limited-edition menu will be available until stock runs out.

The gastronomic proposal, which is priced at 45 euros per person, offers a six-step journey through the flavors and textures of the Peruvian jungle. Each dish tells an ancestral story reinterpreted with modern techniques. The experience begins with a refreshing sea bass accompanied by aguaje tiger's milk and a smoked cocona chalaca, a tribute to the Amazon River that fuses acidity and a smoky touch.

The menu continues with a salmon nigiri, presented on a bed of seasoned potatoes and lime juice, demonstrating a fusion between Japanese technique and Creole flavors. Peruvian creativity is also reflected in the prawn basket, which combines plantain chips and tuna tartare with mango chutney, resulting in a colorful and fresh dish.

Another of the delights is the ripe plantain croquette, stuffed with cheese and served with mishkina mayonnaise, which blends sweet and salty flavors, evoking the traditional flavors of the Amazon region. The menu culminates with the famous chicken juane and the jungle ceviche, wrapped in the rich Peruvian culinary tradition. To conclude, a selection of sweets promises the perfect ending to this sensory experience.

This experience is available at the Castellana location, offering an atmosphere that captures the essence of Peru, with decor that blends Andean and artisanal elements. Inti de Oro, with more than three decades of history, continues to bet on authenticity and quality, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques adapted to modern times.

The restaurant, whose name means "Sol de Oro" in Quechua, pays homage to the rich Peruvian culture by combining tradition and innovation to offer an unparalleled culinary adventure. Reservations are open at both its Barrio de Las Letras location and at Nuevos Ministerios, located in Madrid.
