The Community of Madrid has begun the registration process for the 3rd Race for the Prevention of Occupational Risks. This initiative, organized annually by the Regional Institute of Safety and Health at Work (IRSST), aims to raise awareness among the population about the importance of creating safe work environments and reducing work-related accidents.
This sporting event has gained popularity, becoming a key platform for promoting safe working practices through the active participation of the public. The race, in addition to promoting physical activity, highlights the commitment of the community and the institutions in adopting measures that guarantee the safety of workers.
The IRSST emphasizes that events like this are fundamental to raise awareness about occupational risks and the preventive measures that should be implemented. The participation of diverse sectors of the workforce reinforces the importance of a safety culture that transcends the traditional domains of prevention.
The call is open to people of all ages, whether professionally active or not, who wish to join this cause. Those interested may register through the IRSST website, where they will also find details about the race route and other activities scheduled for that day.
With this initiative, the Community of Madrid aims not only to bring together a large number of participants, but also to consolidate a message of shared social responsibility in the creation of safer work environments.
