Esther Alcocer Koplowitz, president of the FCC Group, has been awarded the Career Achievement Award by Ejecutivos magazine. This recognition highlights their leadership at the helm of one of the most influential companies in citizen services, reflecting their commitment to excellence and the progress of the business sector.
The awards ceremony, held on September 18 in Madrid, brought together prominent figures from the business, political, and social spheres. Íñigo Fernández de Mesa, vice president of the CEOE and president of the Institute of Economic Studies, was responsible for presenting the award.
During his speech, Alcocer showed his emotion and gratitude, dedicating the prize to his mother, Esther Koplowitz, whom he described as a key figure in his life and career. He also stressed the support of Carlos Slim and the dedication of all the employees of the FCC Group, who have contributed to consolidating the company's position internationally.
This award adds to a growing list of recognitions that include Grupo Henneo's Business Leader of the Year award and the AMMDE Award for Construction and Architecture. In 2024, the Spanish Federation of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Businesswomen (FEDEPE) honored its contribution to the sector, especially in areas such as sustainability and equal opportunities.
Alcocer Koplowitz's leadership has not only transformed FCC, but has also established an inspiring example for future generations of women in the business world, seeking to lead with determination and success.
