The Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund (FEGA) has revealed Payment List B, which details the beneficiaries of the extraordinary aid to mitigate income loss caused by damage to nursery production infrastructures. In total, 22 nurseries have been selected to receive a total amount of 2 million euros.
These aids, established under Order APA/383/2025 of 23 April, are financed with funds from the European Union's agricultural reserve, in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/441 of the Commission, adopted on 6 March 2025. The objective is to compensate for the losses generated by various adversities that have affected these productive sectors.
In addition to the list of beneficiaries, the roster specifies those who have not accepted the aid within the stipulated deadline, following the provisional publication of beneficiaries in August last year.
The calculation of the aid is based on 60% of the cost of the damages assessed by Tragsatec, through on-site inspections, as established in Article 3.5.b) of the aforementioned order. However, the amount may be reduced if the beneficiaries have received other compensations that suffice to cover the total of the estimated losses, including insurance.
