In a live broadcast, presenter Jesús Cintora alerted about the circulation of a WhatsApp message that claimed that the Government was calling on the population to receive a new dose of the vaccine. Cintora stressed the speed with which this rumor is spreading, urging citizens to take precautions against misleading information.
The journalist María Navarro refuted the claim, confirming that there is no official notice about a new dose. He pointed out that the National Police had already previously warned about this false content. Navarro highlighted a crucial aspect: the message mentions a 'Ministry of Health', when, in reality, in Spain it is the Ministry of Health that is responsible for the matter. Additionally, he recalled that the management of vaccination campaigns depends on the Autonomous Communities, and not on the ministry at the national level.
