The proposed expenditure centers on a development with well-being, prioritizing the expansion of social rights and investment in strategic infrastructure. Programmable spending allocates 69.3% to Social Development, focused on Social Protection, Health and Education. The infrastructure includes railway development and affordable housing, seeking regional economic revival. The Revenue Law provides for increasing revenue collection to 22.5% of GDP, with a focus on combating tax evasion and promoting tax efficiency. Additionally, Plan Mexico seeks to reindustrialize competitive sectors, adapting tariffs to strengthen the national industry and confront dumping practices.
