The Madrid City Council has presented an ambitious urban development project to establish the New East Centrality as a residential and economic epicenter in the capital. This development, which covers 5.5 million square meters, seeks to provide a solution to the city's population and economic growth. The plan includes the construction of housing, offices, and green spaces, with the aim of creating a self-sufficient area that meets the needs of its future residents and workers.
